- COMMUNITY RENOVATION: refers to practices that contribute to improving the condition of space in a city where the initiative comes from the local residents, local associations and entrepreneurs who use the city place on a daily basis, mainly through events and small-scale interventions in the public place. These are different forms of spontaneous or organised actions that bring local people together, build community and have a positive impact on the local environment. Some initiatives originate from one-time, occasional events and have grown over time into a sustainable community.
- COWORKING: Co-working is a way of working in which individuals, either independent or belonging to different organisations, use the same workspace occasionally or permanently. Coworking is also a social event where people with similar values meet and are interested in the synergies that can arise from working in a shared space. The forms of co-working are very diverse, from self-organised garage workshops and associations of creatives to organised forms of co-working that take place in free or paid equipped workspaces.
