Role play

Create a team together with your colleagues or friends and imagine being part of a group of tourist providers, and assign each one a different role:
★ communication officer,
★ travel organiser
★ revenue/pricing manager
★ receptionists
★ director
★ restaurant manager
★ so on and so forth!

Subsequently, work out together a plan according to which to improve and/or update your business with a digitized service and in step with new trends and needs. Since each team member has a different role, they will need a different digital tool. Based on your idea, discuss with the other participants in the game and decide what you think are the digital tools that each role should use to improve your business.
