Eddy Travels
The Eddy Travels assistant works based on a chatbot. This travel assistant can be accessed from anywhere in the world, at any time of the day and for free. What does it look like in practice? Very simply: the solution works even without downloading the app, it is enough to open the virtual travel assistant using the most popular messaging apps, such as Messenger, Telegram, Slack, or others. A request for information about flights, hotels, car rentals and other travel-related matters can be submitted by text or speech, and it is immediately automatically analysed and the most favourable offers are presented.
Startup signed a partnership agreement with the national tourism promotion agency “Lithuania Travel” (“Travel in Lithuania”, a public institution supervised by the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania) and will help it attract tourists to Lithuania. The goal of “Lithuania Travel” is to spread the word about Lithuania as a place worth visiting and to promote inbound tourism. On the Lithuania Travel page, travellers can find up-to-date travel information on a variety of Lithuania-related topics, including sightseeing, culture, food, accommodation, and many other topics.

Maironis Museum of Lithuanian Literature
Maironis Lithuanian Literature Museum was founded was founded on the 28th June, 1936 on the fourth anniversary of poet’s death. in a mansion that is located in the southwest corner of Kaunas Town Hall. Museum was having difficulties during the Covid-19 pandemy and struggled with recent change in the executive management. However, year 2022 was more productive and with EU funds support was renewed and digitalised with more engaging activities, lights, spaces for exhibitions on site, virtual exhibitions, mobile exhibitions, virtual tours and more friendly approach for abroad visitors.

Boosting the Transition Pathway of MSMEs in Tourism with Green and Digital Transformation
Tourism industries were most affected by the pandemic and faced major challenges to cope with the twin transition. The update of the EU Industrial Strategy highlighted the need to accelerate green and digital (twin) transition and increase the resilience of EU industrial ecosystems. The impact of COVID19 has highlighted the importance of resilience under unexpected shocks and stresses. Regions are facing two critical issues in tourism: leveraging the benefits of digital transformation and ensuring the implementation of sustainable tourism policies. The twin transition will reinforce sustainability with technology and enable sustainable digital transformation for EU tourism related MSMEs. This project will identify and exchange good practices for improving the twin transition in Tourism related MSMEs towards Industry 4.0. The use of digital approaches and technology solutions can accelerate sustainability policies and create more responsive, intelligent and inclusive strategies.
